Q. Who is thefurnitureshop.ca?

TheFurnitureShop.ca is a company based in Calgary, that has started in May 2019. It is a part of AMJ Campbell, Canada's largest relocation company.

 

Q. What are the shipping costs?

Based on the shipping address, there are different price zones. When you enter your address in the checkout, the system will calculate in which zone you are. You might need a quote if you are 150 km + from our warehouse. We deliver everywhere in North America.

 

Q. What has been your response to COVID 19?

We take the government measures really seriously. Our employees and clients have to respect the sanitary advices.

 

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. You will need a quote to get the moving price.

 

Q. What is your policy on returns?

If an item does not meet your expectations, when it is delivered or picked-up at the warehouse, as long as it is in the original condition, we will accept the return and issue a store credit.

However, there are certain items that cannot be returned, such as:

Q. Do you offer gift cards ?

Yes we do! You can buy them online.

When you log in into your account, you can access your personal information and change you email address.

 

Q. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Debit and cash.

 

Q. The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?

We receive new furniture every week! Be patient, it might come back again!
